Refund Policy
General Information
European Biofuel Portal (EBP) does not allow for the refund of membership purchases unless there are exceptional circumstances. If you are not completely satisfied with our service please contact us and we will do everything in our power to deal with and rectify any problems or concerns you may have.
Exceptional Circumstances
A member may apply for a refund in the case of financial hardship or due to a change in personal circumstances or career change. Exceptional Circumstances do not include the taking of sabbaticals and/or extended service leave.
Additional Costs incurred during the processing of EBP Dues
The member will be responsible for all unexpected costs incurred by the EBP during the processing of membership fees. Such costs include (but are not limited to) dishonored check fees or bank charges made as a result of insufficient funds or accounts having been closed.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Subscription Fees will not be refunded if the Membership has been canceled due to a violation of the Terms of Use Agreement.
Modification
EBP reserves the right to revise the terms of this Refund Policy. Any changes made will apply to all memberships created or renewed after the date such change was implemented.
